We are a family firm, and our continued commitment to supporting and training our people is at the heart of our culture, along with a continued commitment to our community and the future generations who will take our company forward.

Training & Support

We provide regular, on-going training to make sure that all of our staff are up-to-speed with the latest best practice. We invest in people from the earliest stages of their careers and have trained many apprentices in key trades, including plumbers, electricians, and ventilation, heating and gas engineers. We also have a graduate programme and support our staff so that they can undertake further education. Many of our people have completed a range of courses up to degree level in Building Services Engineering while working for us. We also invest heavily in management development, from front line managers and supervisors right though to advanced leadership, offering strategic courses for senior management at Salford University Business School.
